IT Helpdesk

Our Centre sees an opportunity to match organisations with IT volunteers by offering member organisations access to an IT helpdesk, run by volunteers under the supervision of the Volunteer Centre.


The helpdesk can assist our member organisations with:

  • Non-urgent computer issues and non-urgent server issues
  • Reviewing current computers
  • How to use their computer (better)
  • Getting quotes for new IT equipment & installing new equipment
